I manage and maintain several critical systems across audio, video, and lighting specialties at a multi-campus level, with a focus on network infrastructure that ties everything together. This includes configuration and troubleshooting of Dante audio networks, NDI video streams, Q-SYS control, and VLAN-separated traffic for production systems. I support staff and volunteers across campuses, ensuring gear is up-to-date, services are fully staffed, and systems are reliable week after week. I also assist with equipment procurement, install planning, and technical training to keep our production environments scalable and future-ready.
